As your UK service partner, Alfa
Laval’s aim is quite simple; to

In our workshops we service and
repair high-speed separators,
decanter centrifuges, plate heat
exchangers and sanitary pumps,
valves and fittings. Equipped with
state-of-the-art machinery and the
latest tools, our technicians and
external service engineers offer a level
of expertise and experience that few
other companies can match.

We have the only UK workshop
authorised to repair Alfa Laval highspeed
separator bowls. The ISO 9001
approved facilities include four high
speed bowl balancing machines - of
which two are capable of balancing at
full bowl speed - a fitting bay and test
run areas. There is also a fullyequipped
Ministry of Defence Test
Cell with its own fuel & lube oil
facilities.
Our plate heat exchanger
reconditioning and regasketting
workshop is among the most modern
in Europe and geared totally to fast,
efficient throughput of plate heat
exchangers of all types and sizes.
Opened in 1996 it incorporates stateof-
the-art equipment and is equipped
to handle up to 55,000 plates per
year.
Few in-house maintenance teams
have the skills and experience to deal
with all the different types of sanitary
pump currently in use. Our service
covers every sanitary pump in the Alfa
Laval range including Rotary Lobe
pumps, Hygienic stainless steel
centrifugal pumps, Single Disc and
Double Disc pumps with famous
brand names such as SSP, Ibex and
LKM as well as our own Alfa Laval
brand.
Star-rated service
To maximise the efficiency of our
service operation, we will audit the
separation, heat transfer and sanitary
flow equipment on your site(s) and
then construct a performance plan
that ensures the maximum uptime for
your processes. We call this service
concept NonStop Performance and it
can be as simple or complex as
necessary. We have given each level
of service a star rating so you can
choose the Performance Plan that
suits your company best.
Spare parts – FAST
We carry comprehensive stocks of
spare parts at our Camberley H.Q.
and also have direct access to our
sister companies’ spares stocks
around the Globe. Consequently, in
the majority of cases, we will provide
you with the part you need within 24
hours.
